Lloyd Capital expands European UCITS ETF range with launch of International Equity ETF

  • Lloyd Capital have partnered with HANetf to launch Lloyd International Equity UCITS ETF (ticker: OTUS).
  • The ETF aims to provide investors with exposure to outstanding quality companies across global markets outside the United States, underappreciated by the market.
  • Companies in the ETF must have a long history of good financial performance and a strong balance sheet. They must maintain a high operating margin, consistently exhibit positive operating earnings, generate large free cash flow, and show robust returns on invested capital.
  • This is Lloyd Capital’s third UCITS ETF launched with HANetf, after Lloyd Focused Equity UCITS ETF (ticker: FEP) and Lloyd Growth Equity UCITS ETF (ticker: GEP).

The ETF aims to provide investors with access to what Lloyd Capital believe to be outstanding businesses beyond US borders. These are quality compounders across international markets, selected for their competitive moats, cash flow durability, and balance sheet strength to create lasting value.

Every holding clears a high financial bar: a long history of strong performance, high operating margins, consistently positive operating earnings, substantial free cash flow, and compelling returns on invested capital.

Beyond the numbers, each position is acquired with a margin of safety, the discipline at the heart of Lloyd Capital’s investment philosophy.

The full depth of every investment thesis is tested through the 4Ms – Moat, Management, Market and Macro – the framework Lloyd Capital uses to assess earnings durability and long-term potential.

This is the third UCITS ETF that Lloyd Capital have launched with HANetf, following the launch of Lloyd Focused Equity UCITS ETF (ticker: FEP) and Lloyd Growth Equity UCITS ETF (ticker: GEP) in 2024. FEP has since accrued $292.23 million in assets under management (AUM), and GEP $296.34 million.[2]
