Defence Tech & Quantum Computing: New additions to Tech Megatrends ETF

Join us for a deep dive into the latest update to the HAN-GINS Tech Megatrend Equal Weight UCITS ETF (ITEK). We’ll explore: Defence Technology – global defence spending rose 9.4% in 2024, with Europe up 17%, while NATO has committed to long-term increases in both conventional and cyber defence. Technology is central to this shift, spanning satellites, AI, drones, and cyber security, Quantum Computing – a disruptive frontier with potential applications in healthcare, finance, logistics, and cybersecurity. McKinsey estimates the sector could grow to $72 billion by 2035, Megatrend Outlook & Performance Review and this session will also highlight new companies added to the index, including Rocket Lab, Tyler Technologies, IonQ, and D-Wave Quantum, and explore the importance of ITEK’s equal-weight approach.
