Unlike directly investing in XRP, GXRP needs no cryptocurrency wallet, unless investors wish to redeem GXRP for XRP. Your units of GXRP are safely held with your broker or bank.

Bitwise Physical XRP ETP is an exchange traded cryptocurrency (ETC) that tracks the price of Ripple’s XRP governance token. Ripple is a payment settling, currency exchange and remittance system for financial institutions with its own cryptocurrency XRP. Each unit of GXRP is 100% physically backed by XRP and trades on European exchanges, providing investors with a safer and liquid way to gain exposure to XRP. Each unit of GXRP gives the holder a claim on a predefined amount of XRP. GXRP is issued by Bitwise (previously ETC Group) and marketed and distributed by HANetf.
