An investment solution aiming to invest efficiently in US equities
Investment Manager
Proven proprietary data model
Access a well-established, momentum strategy with a 20-year track record managed by its original founders.
Active risk-controlled approach
Benefit from selective exposure to large-cap US stocks with dynamic rebalancing and integrated risk oversight.
Cost efficiency and sustainability
Combine sustainable investing with the efficiency of an actively managed ETF structure.
Adaptability to market conditions
An active approach allows portfolio managers to respond to shifting market dynamics rather than staying tied to an index. This flexibility can help manage risk and seize timely opportunities.
Risk-managed allocation
A strategy that actively adjusts stock weightings based on risk and return signals avoids rigid index constraints, offering selective exposure to companies that may be best positioned in the current environment.
Integrated risk oversight and ESG alignment
Active strategies can incorporate both financial and non-financial factors, including ESG criteria, into the investment process. They also allow for greater control over portfolio risk, helping investors align their exposure with personal values or market outlook.
The ETF seeks long-term capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of large-cap US equities, primarily within the S&P 500 Index. The ETF employs a proprietary quantitative model that captures persistent market trends using a smart momentum strategy. This systematic, rule-based process ensures disciplined stock selection while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics.
The approach is complemented by robust risk management and ESG integration, aligning with Article 8 SFDR standards.
The strategy benefits from two decades of successful implementation, strong performance records and remains under the guidance of its original founders, offering investors a time-tested and actively managed solution within a cost-efficient ETF wrapper.
