Systematic active approach
The strategy takes a systematic active approach, using a rules-based, non-discretionary process with no human override or style drift. The model rebalances monthly and continually re-ranks the market using proprietary data that is not otherwise available to investors.
Five-factor stock selection
The strategy combines quantitative signals with fundamental analysis and screens five factors simultaneously: growth, value, income, quality and momentum. The methodology is supported by 27 years of TC research and more than five years of independent back-tested and live performance data.
Equal-weighted diversification
The portfolio holds 50 stocks, with each company assigned an equal 2% weighting. This prevents the strategy from becoming highly concentrated in a small number of names and ensures that exposure is distributed evenly across all holdings in the portfolio.
Trading Central Quant Europe 50 Equity UCITS ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of a Europe equity-focused index. Currently, the ETF seeks to track the Solactive TC Quant EU 50 Index, before fees and expenses.
The Quant Europe Equity ETF will invest in and hold the constituent securities of the Index in the same proportion as they are reflected in the Index. Built on Trading Central SA’s proprietary TC Quantamental Rating®, the TC Quant Indices provide systematic exposure to 50 high-scoring companies, based on Trading Central SA’s data-driven methodology.
Key Risks
When you invest in ETFs your capital is fully at risk and may not get back the amount originally invested. The fund may invest in securities denominated in currencies other than its base currency. Changes in exchange rates may adversely affect the performance of the fund. The value of equities and equity-related securities can be affected by daily stock and currency market movements. The fund is exposed to a limited number of sectors and stocks and thus the investment will be concentrated and may experience high volatility. For a complete overview of all the risks, please refer to the “Risk Factors” in the Prospectus.

Back-tested data does not represent actual performance and should not be interpreted as an indication of actual or future performance. Past performance for the index is in USD. Past performance is not an indicator for future results and should not be the sole factor of consideration when selecting a product. The Quant Europe Equity ETF seeks to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Solactive TC Quant EU 50 Index, net of expenses. The Index Universe consists of securities from the Solactive GBS EUR All Cap Index that meet minimum market capitalisation and liquidity requirements. Each factor is computed within its respective country group within its respective industry group from the 55 available industries. Utilising these factors, the fund invests primarily in equity securities of European companies that are selected and weighted in accordance with the Index methodology.
Eligible securities are scored on five factor groups: value, growth, quality, momentum, and income, calculated within their respective industry groups, and combined into a final score from 0 to 100 using weighted averages (25% each for value, growth, and quality; 12.5% each for income and momentum). The top 50 securities by score are selected, subject to a maximum of 17 securities per sector. If a sector exceeds this limit, the lowest-ranked securities from that sector are replaced by the next highest-ranked eligible securities from other sectors. The Index is equal-weighted and reconstituted and rebalanced monthly.
